We added the function for visitors to opt-in for personalised property alerts. In the first few months we’ve collected hundreds of subscribers and sent thousands of email alerts! Our email alerts have a 6% conversion rate – keeping potential clients interested and generating business.
Attracting new landlord business through content marketing
We created guides and blog content themed around investing in Hull Property to attract new landlords. This is helping to create an email list of interested parties and bring new landlords onboard.
