Tripled monthly email signups with inbound marketing
To increase the size of SkinBase’s list, we created a series of free beauty guides. Visitors download them in exchange for their email address. The guides have tripled the number of monthly signups. They help to position SkinBase as an expert in the field of microdermabrasion.
Increased conversion by 62% with CRO
Before embarking on a redesign of the website, we experimented with layout on the old site to test our assumptions. Starting with the home page, we simplified and cleaned up the layout, and offered the visitor fewer choices. In the first few weeks we saw a 62% increase in conversions!

After learning about SkinBase’s audience, we rebuilt their website with the goal of increasing conversions. We built on what we had already improved on their old site. The new site has only been live a few weeks, but we’ve already seen a 13% increase in our primary goal conversions.
